BEIM

BEIM Technology is using ‘Biological Impendence Electrical auto-Measurement’ (BEIM) concept, is a smart and advanced technology that able to produce controlled ‘tissues fusion’ without causing any carbonation. This technology is being aggressively develop and incorporated into the variety of modern surgery. BEIM pincers can intelligently auto-measure the impedance of haemorrhoids tissues and then acts as sealing machines to seal the base of the haemorrhoids.

The sealed area become dry and hard as one entity of ‘tissues fusion’. All the arteries, vein, nerve fibers, tissues collagen and fibers are sealed together. The major advantages of this technology is no bleeding, no open wound, no risk of infection and less pain as the nerve fibers is sealed in the tissues fusion. The new tissues growth will take place from inside and the dry and hard zone will take off itself when tissues healed up. The permanent tissues fusion area is very strong and able to withstand 3x systolic blood pressure and no revascularization will take place.

BEIM  is an ideal instrument used for treatment of any anorectal  conditions likes piles, anal fissure, anal abscess, anal fissures, polyp or skin tags.
Since its introduction to the market in 1998, BEIM technology has set the industry standard for vessel sealing. The technology has been used in more than 4 million procedures worldwide, and is supported by an ever-growing body of evidence-based research, now totaling well over 200 published peer-reviewed studies.

The clinical efficacy, consistency and reliability of products is delivered through a variety of instruments for use in both laparoscopic and open procedures in a range of surgical specialties, including gynecological, colorectal, urology and general surgery.
Across the range of products and procedures, BEIM technology delivers a unique combination of pressure and energy to create a consistent seal with each application.

• Provides a combination of pressure and energy to create vessel fusion
• Permanently fuses vessels up to and including 7 mm in diameter and tissue bundles without dissection or isolation
• Average seal cycle is 3 to 5 seconds
• Seals withstand three times normal systolic blood pressure
• Feedback-controlled response system automatically discontinues energy delivery when the seal cycle is complete, eliminating the guesswork

BEIM  tissue fusion sensing technology, uses the body’s own collagen and elastin to create a permanent fusion zone. This technology can fuse vessels up to and including 7 mm, lymphatics, tissue bundles and pulmonary vasculature, and has an average seal cycle of 3 to 5 seconds in most surgical situations. Beim  sensing technology actively monitors changes in tissue impedance and provides a real-time adjustment control of the energy output, creating faster fusion cycles, more flexible fusion zone

Mechanism Of BEIM

Patent technology of

BIOLOGICAL ELECTRICAL IMPEDANCE
AUTO-MEASUREMENT (BEIM)

makes tissues dry and hard without carbonization.
When curing hemorrhoid, BEIM pincers generate heat
rapidly to vaporize water of hemorrhoid tissues instantly.
meanwhile the electrical, impedance of hemorrhoid
tissues becomes arger and larger.

While electrical impedance of hemorrhoid tissues
matches with output impedance of the device,
clipped tissues become dry and hard without
carbonization, and at the same time.

the device sounds the alarm automatically

Benefits Of BEIM

Traditional Surgery

  • Surgery takes longer time. The wound has to be stitched up. The patients suffer massive hemorrhage and serious pain when defecating.
  • Have to stay in hospital & change dressing.
  • The patient takes longer time to recover suffer great pain
  • Several separate operations
is needed for big ring hemorrhoid.
    Anal stenosis easily happens
    when operation is not perfect.

BEIM Method

  • The method takes shorter time. The tissues is dry and hare without carbonization to form into close wound.
  • No hemorrhage after treatment
  • No hospital stay, no Infection, the patient can return home soon after treatment.
  • BIEM method can cure big ring mixed hemorrhoids one time.
  • No anal stenosis after treatment.

Traditional Surgery

  • The hemorrhold is sealed by thread rubber band to stop wound forms

the blood flow to the hemorrhoid

  • The tissue dies off and eliminated during a bowel movement Thus an open Wound Form

  • Several separate treatments are needed for multiple & big ring mixed hemorrhoid Too many times of ligations/banding can easily result to anal stenosis.
  • If block the circulation of the blood. The patient suffers a lot when straining to move the bowels.
  • Longer time.
  • lots of pain.
  • can not applied to external & mixed hemorrhoids
  • It tends to arouse
    hemorrhage if the

    banding is not tight enough

    or when the unwanted

    hemorrhoid is

    eliminated during a

    bowel movement.

LAZER

  • No hospital stay, no Infection, the patient can return home soon after treatment.
  • It can cure multiple

    & ring mixed

    hemorrhoids one time.

  • The tissues on the surface

    dies off when vaporizing

    or excised the hemorrhoid.

    So the wound is severely

pain and not easy to heal up.

  • lots pain
  • Short time
  • The open wound,
    which forms

    when the eschar

    peel off,

    is tending to result

    in hemorrhage.

BEIM Method

  • No hospital stay, no Infection, the patient can return home soon after treatment.
  • It can cure multiple &

    ring mixed hemorrhoids

    one time No anal

    stenosis after treatment

  • The verge of the close wound is clear.

  • Less pain and
    easy to heal up.
  • Short time

  • Less pain
  • can  applied to any kind hemorrhoids

  • The wound is a close
    one after the

    hemorrhoid pells

    off Hemorrhage

    does not happen

    under this condition
